Gentle Pilates & Tap Dancing for Bone Health

Join ua for a beginner tap dance and gentle Pilates class. Tap shoes are not necessary. Beginners and non-dancers are welcome. Class begins with a standing Pilates warm-up before we dance. In this class you will learn some basic tap dance steps and a short routine. Tap dancing is both weight-bearing and fun. This class is safe for anyone with osteoporosis or low bone mass.
